Zoo sketching

The other day my friends and I went to the zoo to do some sketching.
And heres another watercolor practice for good measure. They look like me in case you didn't know.

Playing with watercolor

I haven't touched watercolor in a long time, so I tried to pick it up again. Mostly I've been playing with a few mediums to see what I want to take with me to the upcoming NCN Convention. These I drew from stills from the movie The Quick and the Dead. (the one directed by Sam Raimi)

I put this sketch in here because I think I the likeness is slightly better in the pencil sketch and I cant figure out why. I think later on I'll try this one again and see if i can develop it further. (I know I always say that and hardly ever follow through)

Not much done to it since last time. Just some tweak and polish to finish it up.
